Support Technician | £17k – 19k | Telford

We are searching for a talented, technical, and customer focused Support Technician that can deliver outstanding customer experience and support. Your customer/client base would span from large international corporate businesses to smaller SME’s. Your job would be to support the end user with a variety of different queries, calls, online ticket support & trouble shooting.The supported applications are hosted on a LAMP stack and knowledge of these (or the capacity to develop understanding) is highly desirable. Some customers may have Web or Network Queries so experience with HTML/CSS & Networks would be beneficial.
